Trintech at Betuwe On Stage

It was wonderful to take part in Betuwe On Stage as a professional and to inspire young VMBO talents to consider a career in horticulture and aquaculture, as well as firing them up for the profession and for our great company.

Betuwe on Stage is a project in which students of VMBO schools (Secondary Pre-Vocational Education) in the Overbetuwe and Lingewaard areas are paired with a company for an introductory internship. On 5 March, 1000 pre-vocational secondary school students from 5 schools in the East Betuwe area will be attending the Beroepenfeest, or Professional Party, to meet 250 professionals and make arrangements to actually visit their companies on the Do Day.

Professional Party
The Professional Party takes a full afternoon. In 30- to 45-minute rounds, students and professionals met and talked to see whether there was a match.

Professionals
Our Trintech specialists can’t wait to show students exactly what they do every day and share their passion for the profession! If there is a match (‘and we see a student’s eyes glisten’), the student will meet up with us at our headquarters for a working visit about 2 weeks later. On this Do Day, the students who matched with us will be given the opportunity to actually experience to profession! Time to roll up your sleeves and do it yourself!
