Today Boss Gemüsebau commissioned Trintech with the installation of a new chicory cultivation. With this new building, Fritz Boss is building one of the most modern chicory plants in Germany. Together with our partner Andos Industrie Güter, Trintech offers electrical engineering, water technology and automation. Dijksma supplies the air treatment which is controlled by our automation.
The water supply is designed for 13 growing compartments (filling, disinfecting, fertilizer dosing, monitoring). In addition, pump units for the preparation and metering of fertilizers for the various phases of cultivation of chicory are built.
At Boss Gemüsebau’s request, the entire installation can be set up and monitored from a central computer. Long-term data analysis helps the grower to optimize the cultivation process.
The complete installation is custom-made, which was specially developed by Trintech for Boss Gemüsebau.
