In order to offer the very best horticultural solution tailored specifically to your situation, we design and build complete machines (skid construction) entirely in-house. We now produce 8 profi-line units and 4 entry-line units, ranging from complete irrigation systems, liquid fertiliser units and belt filter units to disinfection units and dosing systems, and we will continue to develop. We can modify off-the-rack machines to meet customer demands, but will just as happily develop a custom solution.
Ultimately, we want our standard and custom skid units to help reduce project lead times, cut costs and boost the reliability of your systems. Standardisation and custom projects
We strive to provide progressive technology, which is why innovation and development are on-going processes for us. In order to continue to meet the needs & wishes of our customers, we develop fully-in house, high-end machines that remain stable and up and running. For easier and better servicing and maintenance, care was taken to design systems to be as accessible as possible.
Thanks to our prefab approach, we are able to order largely turnkey systems, which can be commissioned quickly and effectively. We install all the necessary components, including switchboards, pumps, filters and valves in stainless steel frames according to a preset layout, consciously choosing to work with high-end components that are also readily available abroad.
In addition to our off-the-rack machines (Skid units), we also develop many custom systems that are specially designed for specific solutions, such as storage vessels for booms, large swimming pools and water treatment systems for algae and batch dosing systems.
Entry-line or Profi-line machines
Our units come in Entry line or Profi line versions. Whereas the Entry line consists of compact units, including stand-alone versions for simpler crops, the Profi line was developed for more demanding, more complex technical solutions. The Profi line allows for far-reaching integration in a climate computer.
