Höfler Gemüse in Nürnberg has entrusted us to install hybrid lighting and VentilationJet in their existing 17,000m² cucumber greenhouse.
Hybrid growlichts
Together with our partners Mechatronix and Dutch Lightning Innovations, we will realise a hybrid lighting installation at Höfler Gemüse.
Mechatronix supplies the LED fixtures and Dutch Lightning Innovations supplies the HPS. The combination of the right spectrum LED and the HPS fixtures together provide an ideal light level for the cucumber.
In total, 1.8MW of light will be installed in the 17,000m² greenhouse.
VentilationJet System
Our partner Hinova supplies for this project their VentilationJet system. This system consists of vertical fans (HinovaFan) and combinations of vertical fans with blow-in units (VentilationJet).
The VentilationJet System® is equipped with a fully controllable supply fan. This fan brings fresh air from the greenhouse ridge into the cultivation space. The blow-in capacity for drying or cooling the desired air is determined by the climate computer.
