Today the Trintech employees were able to act in video recordings for our telecom provider Score-Utica.
In this video we were allowed to show how we have integrated fixed and mobile telephony.
We also showed how we use mobile 4G and 5G networks.
We were able to show applications we use, such as mobile work orders and Virtual Reality.
Mobile work order
All our technicians are equipped with tablets with a mobile work order application. They are continuously connected to our server at the office via the mobile 4G/5G network. As a result, they always have access to up-to-date customer data and the planners can see the progress of the technician.
Virtual Reality
Last year we learned how to commission projects abroad, together with the customer, without being on site. By means of VR glasses at the customer and a Service Technician from Trintech behind the laptop, we have now been able to successfully help several customers.
