We recently realised an expansion at the eel farm of a long-standing customer in Morocco, enabling them to continue to meet the growing demand for eel in a sustainable, environmentally responsible way.

Remote monitoring

Trintech was responsible for the entire electrical system, water treatment system and automation process. Our systems measure and control oxygen levels, pH values, temperature, auto-feeders and much more.

In close consultation, the customer opted for Beckhoff PLCs with touch screens to control the systems, which are all linked to a central data-logging mainframe. As a result, the farm can now be monitored remotely and the customer can optimise processes by analysing historical data.

To create a high level of certainty and security, all important systems are redundant.
